Workshop Title:    Understanding Body Language

Who should Attend?

Anyone with an interest in and a requirement to understand the art of non verbal communication to ensure that the correct signals are given and received.

What practical benefits will I gain from attending this workshop?

55% of our ability to communication is through the non verbal. Non verbal signals can be upto 3 times stronger than the verbal.

To deliver effective communication a minimum understanding of Body Language is a pre-requisite. Make sure that you are giving off the right signals and that you are interpreting the signals of others correctly:

what is Body Language – what controls it – where does it come from – the benefits to be gained – understanding the three ‘C’s – part of the communication cycle – why e mails and telephone communication so often go wrong – video input – practical skills exercises – action planning for improved workplace performance.

Duration:    Half day.
