Who Should Attend?

Those who’s job function requires them to persuade and influence others in order to achieve objectives, drive through change and deliver successful business results. You may be a manager, leader, consultant or technical specialist with no line authority.

You will gain an insight into the key skills and processes required to persuade and influence. This will increase your confidence and competence, your personal standing and enable you to achieve better results in your dealings with other people.

who do you need to influence and why – the DMU – what is their preferred method of communication – adapting your communication style to fit the needs of the receiver – are you being assertive – recognising your normal behavioural style and whether this helps or hinders – give them a good listening to – features v benefits – recognising your strengths and areas for improvement.
